We are the first and only gym in Wollongong where you can jump into a workout at 15 minutes intervals. Our members love the flexibility of coming in any time of the morning or night that suits them - and you will too. If you prefer to do your own thing we are cool with that.
Our timetable is unique and special in many ways. You'll find some of our Group Coaching workouts start at 15-minute intervals. The best way to get a feel for what we offer and why it's so successful is to take us up on our FREE TRIAL. Experience group coaching for ten days, absolutely free. 
At the end of you ten days you'll have a very clear plan of what you're doing and why it's important to you. Whatever level of engagement you require we are here to help.
