I am one of the new faces here at Warehouse Gym & Fitness. Thought i would take this opportunity to welcome you all on board and introduce myself.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Registered Nurse. Owner of Make Fitness Personal. Working in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now. I specialise in a wide range of areas including;

  • ​Strength and Conditioning
  • ​Exercise for over 50s
  • ​Sports specific coaching (e.g. AFL)
  • ​Aerobic endurance and general fitness

I have competed in WBFF muscle competition.

My philosophy now focusses on continuous development and education as I lead my assistant coaches, students and clients through their journey of progression.
The physical and mental capabilities of the amazing humans I work with have been enhanced by empowering them to embody their new found self and true potential.

  • ​Represented Australia at the IPF (powerlifting) world champs in Belarus 
  • ​Two Australian deadlift records (278kg and 282kg)
  • ​All-time best lifts, Squat: 242kg, Bench press: 151kg, Deadlift 285kg at 77kg bodyweight

The SB fitness family is a wide range of women from all walks of life. I help women bring more self acceptance, self love and confidence into their lives. I help them feel supported every step of the way and provide women with effective nutrition strategies, training and mindset strategies. With love and smiles, always! 

My personal fitness journey started when I was 6 years old in the performing arts industry till the age of 18 and after that finding a love for fitness, resistance and strength training. During this time discovering the important of self acceptance, self development and working on the mindset. I truly believe on being healthy on the inside through mindset and nutrition as well as the outside.

In the most recent years I have competed in a Powerlifting Australia Competition and currently prepping for a Bikini Athlete Competition.

I do the math on compliance for every workout created. I get an overall snapshot so I can give you daily real-time attention, and use my coaching skills to move you forward.

I have been competing in the IFBB Professional League for the past 2 years. Some of my most recent achievements include:
  • 2018 IFBB Pro League NSW State Show: 1st place in the Bikini Juniors, Bikini Intermediate and Bikini Novice categories 3rd Place in the Bikini Open category
  • ​2019 IFBB Pro League Nationals Competition: 1st place in the Bikini Intermediate category, 3rd place in the Bikini Open category
  • ​2019 Amateur Olympia Tokyo: 1st place in the Bikini Open Category, which is also where I won my Pro Card
