Liam TSUBIFIT Coach- With the education that I have gained from my own rewarding, challenging, and life-changing fitness journey with TSUBIFIT, I now coach others with my driven passion of guiding others to have the fantastic experience that I had.

I have experience in competitive powerlifting and having experienced the training style first hand. I find that I can provide a precise powerlifting program that is specific and individualised to maximise results.

My journey has had many aspects including; A dedicated search for visible abs and, upon losing a massive amount of weight and developing those visible abs, realising they were not what I wanted after all. What I wanted was, in fact, confidence, in and out of the gym. I provide a personalised approach to coaching to build confidence for my clients so they can enjoy the most amazing aspects of life with TSUBIFIT.

Originally from Broulee on the South Coast of NSW, I grew up with a passion for physical activity and especially riding surfboards. I started on a surfboard from the age of 3 and loved it instantly. 

With my parent's encouragement and support, the last six years have seen me a sponsored surfer with multiple brands. 

I started dedicating more time to the gym because I noticed considerable improvements to my strength endurance, and confidence. 

These changes lead me to obtain both my Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Personal Coaching from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Strength is more than just muscle gain. It's a state of mind that we build with you session by session.
